Our philosophy
The Seaside is a cocktail bar with proposals ranging from lunch to aperitifs and dinner with a constantly updated, dynamic, simple menu, consisting of a few courses every day, which lends itself well to different needs.
The bistro
Suspended between the scent of the sea and the desire to be in company, the traditional aperitif dishes are revisited in innovative shapes and compositions, which give an original aspect to our unconventional aperitif.

Unconventional Restaurant
Change is part of the life cycle, Darwin's law says that only those who adapt to change are able to survive. But it is also true that some things are made to never change, to remain unchanged over time, eternal traditions.
From the union of these two concepts, which we feel deeply ours, the "Unconventional Aperitif" was born, an "unconventional" aperitif, which goes outside the classic catering schemes, mixing tradition and innovation with the right balance.
